Thank you for your comment Karen, I apologize for just seeing this. I think for most people the idea of being able to grab organic fruits and veggies as they are leaving the gym, would be great. For me, it's not an issue. It would be really nice and convenient, but I enjoy getting up on Sundays and heading to the farmers' market. But I think you may be on to something. It's sort of like the co-ops that are done where people can share boxes of fresh fruit and veggies and can pick them up once a week. I think people would like it and the gym may enjoy the partnership from a business stand point and a moral standpoint.

So, I need to ask you a question. If you could pick up a fresh box of organiclly grown fruits, vegetables at your gym as you leave for home would that interest you? If this box came from local organic farmers who have a passion for prudent stewardship of the land and the delight of their customers would you partake of their offering to you in a more personal and convenient manner?

Hi There!

I enjoy your blog and what it represents. Its always nice to see other crusaders of health, and self-discovery/empowerment for women. I especially enjoyed some of your posts on young teen women, as that is certainly a group that needs attention. I recently went to a high school to speak to a group of young ladies about their health and I was so shocked at some of their habits and attitudes about self-care. It inspired me to learn what more I can do.
I too have a blog here, dedicated to nurition, at www.offwhitliving.com. Feel free to stop in if you'd like.

Thank you,
Rebecca
