Hey luv, I enjoyed ur post. As a long time personal trainer and fitness advocate, i think its a great thing to make a concerted effort to connect and appreciate the body we are born with. In my more than 19 years as a personal trainer, it seems that woman have the hardest time accepting their bodies. Of course, i would argue that part of that is because men focus so much on the "perfect" bodies we see in the media. The other part is because woman exposed to so many negative images they get from the media, men, their parents, friends and others. Positive self talk can be very helpful.
